This Service is for
Electronic Steering lock Replacement
for Audi A4/S4, A5, A6/S6,A7, A8/S8 made 2009-2014 and VW Touareg 2011-2014 with BCM2 system.
This problem happens when
Electronic Steering lock fails and do not want to unlock .
With this service
we will replace Electronic Steering lock and program it. This is only Service , it does not Include
Electronic Steering lock, There will be additional Charge for Steering lock , and customer can choose to install new or Used one, We can source and find either one New or Used for customer . Customer also can supply them own replacement
Electronic Steering lock.
This will work only on models till 2014 year and early models that has not have Software update in Dealer and
not all Sw Versions are possible to do this .
When we preform this service car will have ignition and instrument cluster will light up,If the car do not start or have some other modules faulty it is not caused by us or this service, it is possible that car had some other problems in past that we are not able to know , and we are not responsible for this problems.
Customer will need to remove and ship BCM2 module located in truck , Faulty
Electronic Steering lock located on steering column and one key .
This service usually takes 5 to 7 days to complete a work after we received it .
WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHIPPING LABEL when you ship items to Us, customer has to do this on his own.
SHIPPING COST that you pay with this service is your return shipping service.

Repaired Steering Lock
I had the "Steering Defective Do not Drive Vehicle" message and the car would not start. From what I read in forums, the problem was the steering lock. This fixed the problem for thousands less than the dealer - who would replace the entire steering column. Fast turn-around - and it worked! Very pleased!
