Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

• Only New Parts  are subject to 15 Day Return Policy.  Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless product shipped was incorrect or defective on arrival. In certain situations, partial refunds will be granted.

• Returned products must be in original packaging and not be used or damaged due to incorrect installation.  We will not accept or warranty items damaged due to installed and  used .

• Returned items also can be exchanged for any other item or any Service items .

• USED parts can not be returned , all used parts sales are final.
  

• There is no returns or refunds for Items that are named SERVICE , Programing and Chip Tuning , those items are final sale .

Warranty

• Our New parts have 1 Year warranty .

• Used parts do not have any warranty.

• Our LCD display that we install  has 2 years warranty but instrument cluster can not be opened and safety seal broken. If Instrument cluster was opened and safety seal was broken , Warranty will be voided.

• Labor for LCD we install has 1 year warranty If Instrument cluster was not opened and safety seal was not broken.

Refunds

• Once the product has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email with status of the return.If Item was returned in original packaging and not be used or damaged  a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

• When you submit order , you agree to our return policy, warranty, terms and conditions.
