This Service is for Electronic Steering lock for Audi A8, Porsche Cayenne, VW Touareg / Phaeton and Bentley Continental . The Electronic steering lock is part of the steering column, but however it can be separated from the steering column. Unfortunately if you try to buy it form Dealer they sell complete steering column with Electronic steering lock which is cost form $1500-$2500 just for the part, depend of the model. But we found solution to repair it and make it affordable for everyone.

The most common problem is when you insert key in the ignition, or press Start button (if car is equipped), nothing happens and instrument cluster show message "Steering Faulty", and Immobilizer / Kessy control module address 05-Acc/Start Auth will have faulty code "00288 - Steering Column Lock Actuator (N360) - Defective" fault.

Our Service covers Repair of the Steering Lock module , testing it on out bench set up to make sure it will be plug and play when you receive it back. Once you receive it back form us everything will be plug and play , the only thing you will need to do is to clear faulty codes in module address 05-Acc/Start Auth, if any stored.

Customer will need to remove and ship the Steering Lock Module (or the entire Steering Column), Start Access module / Kessy and one working Key. We need to have all those components to do bench test , to make sure that steering lock works after we do repair.

NOTE :

Price for Shipping is based for Steering lock separated form column.

If you ship complete steering column , customer will have to pay additional cost for extra weigh which we will bill you before shipping it back .

This service takes anywhere from 5 to 7 days

WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHIPPING LABEL when you ship items to Us, customer has to do this on his own.
